Originally designed with Bluebirds in mind the Berg Predator Proof Pole is just the right length to allow the Bluebird house to be 5 feet above the ground. The pole fastens quickly and securely to a wooden bird house by two wood screws. Placing the Berg Predator Proof Pole is so easy. Once you have found the proper location for your bird house you drive our special 1/2" solid rod into the ground to the proper depth. Then slide the pole and attached bird house over the special ground anchor. Our special designed locking system secures the pole to the ground anchor so the bird house doesn't turn or lift off.
